Worcester Park
Welcome to our Worcester Park practice. The practice is located in The Parade, opposite The Willow Pub and adjacent to Costcutter. Local clients often walk to the practice, there is plenty of parking along Vale Road, and bus stops are only a short walk away. The railway station is a 6 minute walk.
Our Worcester Park practice is well-established in the area and in 2012, the practice was fully refurbished. Our Worcester Park practice offers consulting and minor procedure services. Surgeries and diagnostic procedures are performed by the same team, at our Surbiton practice.
Continuous investment is made to better support our highly experienced team, to enable us to offer world-class general, primary, consultation, diagnostic, surgical, specialist services and the very best of care for you and your pets. For more complex cases, surgeries, specialist and 24hr emergency care, we may treat your pet in our near-by hospital in Surbiton. Complimentary transport is available, if needed.

Meet The Team

Una McFarlane
Associate Veterinary Surgeon
I undertook a degree in Animal Behaviour & Welfare, alongside my Veterinary Degree at Bristol University and graduated in 2015. I then worked in mixed animal practice, before joining the Voo Worcester Park Practice in 2017. As well as all areas of primary care, I enjoy working alongside the specialist team and have a special interest in avian medicine, particularly poultry.
We offer a high quality, caring and friendly primary care service, with in-house specialist knowledge, 24hr emergency and hospital care services and facilities. I like to deliver a personal and caring service to a high standard, built upon a solid foundation of thorough patient work-ups, positive interactions and by developing strong client and patient relationships.
I currently have two cats, Alfie and Yuki and a rescue dog called Milo.

Maggie Castles
Customer Care Receptionist
At Worcester Park we are proud to offer continuity of care, to build a relationship of trust with all our clients and patients.
As a Customer Care Receptionist, the meeting and greeting is my favourite part of the job. Adding that little personal touch and making the clients and pets feel at home is such an important part of what we do. It’s very rewarding to help nervous patients overcome their anxieties, so they actually look forward to a visit, with fuss and treats. I really look forward to welcoming you and your pet to our practice.
Keeping me busy are two Pugs, one Jack Russell, one cat and a guinea pig.
